Job Description: We are looking for a versatile Sales & Service Engineer with a strong background in Process Instrumentation. This role combines technical expertise and customer-facing skills to drive sales, maintain client relationships, and ensure smooth installation, commissioning, and servicing of instruments. Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients in industries like chemicals, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, power, water treatment, and food & beverage. Promote Schopper Rieglers instrumentation products and solutions, including flow, level, pressure, temperature instruments, and analyzers. Prepare and present technical/commercial proposals and follow up to achieve sales targets. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions. Coordinate with internal technical teams to support complex solutions or projects. Service Responsibilities: Install, calibrate, and commission process instrumentation devices at client sites. Troubleshoot and maintain instrumentation systems, providing on-site and remote support. Conduct preventive maintenance and provide technical guidance to clients. Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety standards during service operations. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or related engineering field. 26 years of experience in sales and/or servicing of process instrumentation or industrial automation. Knowledge of instrumentation products and competitor brands is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region. Proficiency in using calibration tools, service software, MS Office, and CRM systems.
