We are looking for a dynamic Interior Team Lead who can convert leads into customers, onboard clients, and manage their complete journey from sales closure to project handover. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling sales, design coordination, client relationship management, and project follow-ups to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Convert leads into confirmed projects. - Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and recommend suitable interior design solutions. - Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, estimates, and proposals. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. - Coordinate with design, execution, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery. - Manage client expectations and resolve concerns promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction. - Ensure smooth onboarding drive revenue growth through upselling of modular furniture, dcor, furnishings, and value-added services. Requirements - Experience in interior design sales relationship management, or residential interior projects. - Strong sales closing and negotiation skills. - Understanding of residential interior design and modular furniture solutions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and regional languages - Ability to manage multiple clients and coordinate across teams. - Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
