ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Field Sales Representative to build and deepen BEMPU's presence among neonatologists and pediatricians in Bangalore. You will visit hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes to introduce BEMPU's neonatal devices, conduct in-person demonstrations, and create loyal customers who recommend us to their networks. This is a high-ownership role with real targets and real rewards. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Plan and execute daily field visits to hospitals, clinics, and NICUs across Bangalore to meet neonatologists, pediatricians, and hospital procurement staff - Build strong, lasting relationships with key doctors and hospital decision-makers becoming a trusted partner, not just a salesperson - Conduct in-person product demonstrations of BEMPU's neonatal devices, clearly explaining clinical benefits and proper usage - Identify and qualify new accounts; follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel - Coordinate with the Inside Sales Rep to hand off warm leads and ensure smooth customer onboarding - Maintain a territory coverage plan and log all visits and outcomes in our CRM - Report market intelligence: competitor activity, unmet customer needs, pricing feedback - Attend relevant medical conferences, CMEs, and exhibitions to represent BEMPU Requirements REQUIREMENTS - 25 years of field sales experience ideally in medical devices, healthcare, or pharma - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or healthcare context - Strong interpersonal skills able to build rapport with doctors and hospital staff quickly - Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own schedule and territory - Valuable spoken English and Kannada; Hindi a plus - Familiarity with Bangalore's hospital and clinic landscape is a strong advantage - Basic proficiency with CRM or field reporting tools - Bachelor's degree (Science, Pharmacy, or Business preferred) - Ability to travel for conferences, demos, as required.
