Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Leadership & Strategy Develop, implement, and manage effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Client Relationship Management Build, nurture, and retain longterm relationships with highnetworth clients and VIP customers. Handle highvalue transactions with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring a personalized luxury shopping experience. Resolve customer concerns efficiently, turning challenges into opportunities to strengthen relationships. Leverage CRM tools to track client preferences, purchase history, and followup schedules. 3. Sales Floor & Operational Oversight Oversee daily retail operations to ensure a seamless and elegant instore experience. Maintain showroom aesthetics and ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand standards. Ensure compliance with internal policies, security protocols, and audit requirements. Manage inventory levels in coordination with stock controllers to ensure availability of highdemand items. Prepare and present accurate sales reports and performance insights to senior management. 4. Product Expertise & Team Training Maintain indepth knowledge of the full jewellery collection, including materials, craftsmanship, heritage, and design inspiration. Deliver ongoing product training sessions for the sales team to elevate product storytelling and client engagement. Gather and relay client feedback to design and merchandising teams to support product development and assortment planning. Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging consumer preferences. Requirements Minimum of 57 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in fine jewellery. Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing sales teams. Strong clienteling skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Passion for luxury craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a deep appreciation for jewellery design.
