ServiceNow DWPC / Integration & Customization Developer Experience: 5+ Years Location: PAN India / Remote Role: ServiceNow DWPC / Integration & Customization Developer Role Overview We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in DWPC, integrations, and ServiceNow customization. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and customizing ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements while following platform best practices. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, scripts, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and ACLs. Implement and support DWPC (Digital Workflow/Process Consulting) solutions aligned with business processes. Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and APIs. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on functional and technical requirements. Develop Flow Designer flows, subflows, actions, and integration spokes. Work on data transformation, import sets, transform maps, and integration error handling. Analyze existing customizations and recommend platform-standard solutions wherever possible. Perform scripting using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Scheduled Jobs. Troubleshoot integration, workflow, performance, and customization-related issues. Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow upgrade-safe and development best practices. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. Required Skills ServiceNow, DWPC, ServiceNow Customization, IntegrationHub, REST API, SOAP API, MID Server, Flow Designer, JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Import Sets, Transform Maps, ServiceNow Development Preferred ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification. Experience with ITSM/ITOM/CSM/HRSD or other ServiceNow modules. Strong troubleshooting and client communication skills.
