Location: Bangalore Experience Required: 10+ Years Primary Skills Focus: Python + NoSQL About the Role We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Python Developer with strong hands-on experience in Python development, NoSQL databases, data processing pipelines, and a solid understanding of Generative AI concepts. You will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling systems from the ground up while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications and backend services Build and optimize end-to-end data processing pipelines for large-scale data ingestion, transformation, and delivery Architect and develop systems from scratch, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance Work with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, etc.) for data storage, retrieval, and optimization Integrate and experiment with Generative AI models and frameworks (LLMs, RAG pipelines, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, etc.) Deploy, manage, and monitor applications using Kubernetes (K8s) in production environments Work with tools like Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, Airflow, or similar for data streaming and orchestration Apply knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and event-driven systems Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of hands-on experience in Python development Strong expertise in NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, or similar) primary skill Proven experience building and scaling data processing pipelines from scratch Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts LLMs, RAG pipelines, LangChain, OpenAI APIs Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes (K8s) Familiarity with Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, Airflow, or equivalent data engineering tools Strong grasp of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and event-driven system design Ability to work independently in architecting systems from the ground up Excellent code quality practices clean, maintainable, well-documented code Ideal Candidate Profile A senior engineer who has architected systems end-to-end (not just maintained existing ones), is deeply comfortable with NoSQL data modeling at scale, and has practical exposure to applying GenAI/LLM tooling in production or experimental contexts not just theoretical familiarity. .
