Requirements: - 5.5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and solution delivery, with strong focus on Health Cloud. - Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration. - Deep understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud features including patient data models, care management, and clinical workflows. - Experience working with healthcare integration standards such as FHIR, HL7, and EHR systems. - Robust ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards. - Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. - Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex debugging and integration scenarios. - Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, or solution architecture roles. - Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
