We are looking for a passionate software engineer with strong C++ expertise and Python proficiency to build high-performance systems that power the next generation of financial technology. About the Role As a Senior Software Engineer, you will specialise in C++, design and develop the core software components of the PRISM platform. You will work closely with Quantitative Research, Product and Platform Engineering teams to build scalable, low-latency applications while contributing to the evolution of our cloud-native architecture. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain software using Modern C++ and Python. Build scalable backend services, APIs and distributed applications. Develop high-performance, multi-threaded systems with a focus on speed, reliability and scalability. Optimise algorithms, memory utilisation and application performance. Participate in software architecture, technical design and code reviews. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and continuously improve system performance. Collaborate with Quantitative Research, Product and Infrastructure teams. Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices. Contribute towards building cloud-ready applications and modern engineering practices.
