Role Description Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality standards in the manufacturing process. Performing process quality inspection and identifying defects/non-conformities. Conducting gap and flush measurement and dimensional inspection of automotive parts. Using 7 QC Tools for defect analysis and problem-solving. Supporting root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions. Preparing and maintaining quality inspection reports and documentation. Working with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve process performance. Ensuring compliance with defined quality standards and customer requirements. Supporting continuous improvement activities to reduce defects and improve product quality. Qualifications B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Experience in Automotive Quality Assurance / Process Quality Knowledge of 7 QC Tools and Quality Management Experience in Gap & Flush Measurement and dimensional inspection Knowledge of defect identification and Root Cause Analysis Knowledge of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) Good knowledge of quality documentation and inspection reports Good communication and problem-solving skills .
