Vaster Scientific focuses on specialised products across Vascular Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales - Vascular Access to lead and build our medical devices business across India. The ideal candidate should have strong experience selling to Intensivists, Anaesthesiologists, Critical Care Specialists and hospitals, with experience working in both MNC and leading Indian medical-device companies. Key Responsibilities Drive Pan-India sales for Vascular Access, Critical Care and Anaesthesia products. Manage and grow a portfolio of 10+ medical-device products. Build and lead regional sales teams and distributor networks. Develop relationships with doctors, hospitals, KOLs and institutional customers. Support product marketing, launches, pricing and market development. Conduct CMEs, workshops, in-service programs and training sessions for doctors and nurses. Drive sales growth with a strong focus on the South India market. Skills Required Minimum 15 years of medical-device sales experience. Experience with both MNCs and established Indian medical-device companies preferred. Strong exposure to Vascular Access, Critical Care and Anaesthesia in South Zone. Proven team management and sales leadership experience. Strong network among Intensivists, Anaesthesiologists, hospitals and distributors. Experience conducting clinical training, workshops and CMEs. Strong product marketing and new-product launch experience. .
