The role offers an opportunity to build a career in the growing specialty coffee and professional coffee equipment industry. The selected candidate will work with cafs, restaurants, hotels, QSRs, corporates, institutions and other HORECA customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable coffee equipment solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new B2B customers in the assigned territory. Visit cafs, hotels, restaurants, QSRs, offices and other HORECA establishments. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable coffee equipment. Generate leads through market visits, references, networking and other channels. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations. Coordinate with the Product and Service teams to support customer requirements. Prepare quotations and follow up with customers. Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Track sales opportunities and update the CRM/system regularly. Support exhibitions, coffee events and customer activities. Achieve assigned sales and business development targets. Candidate Profile Pursuing or recently completed Hotel Management / MBA. Strong interest in coffee, hospitality, HORECA and B2B sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and comfortable interacting with customers. Positive attitude and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Good negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
