Role & responsibilities Project context what they will do Own and evolve Opellas PMO & change tooling for the Butterfly programme. Lead the portfolio dashboard and related tools (Planisware, Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, ELITEA/OpellaGPT), gather and prioritize requirements, manage delivery across tech teams, design data/integration flows, and drive conversion from manual reporting to AIassisted, automated workflows. Goals and deliverables - 8+ years in BA / PM / Product Owner roles in enterprise IT/Digital - Proven AI/automation track record (manual AI/automated) - Robust understanding of PMO/portfolio tools and BI (Planisware, Jira, Confluence, PowerBI) - Solid stakeholder management, requirements translation and training skills - Hyderabadbased, 3 days/week onsite, immediate or shortnotice .
