Sales Manager Creative Solutions Our Client is building one of India's most exciting creative production and content companies. We are looking for an ambitious sales professional who can drive revenue, acquire new clients, grow existing accounts, and sell creative solutions to brands, agencies, corporates, creators, and strategic partners. If you are a target-driven sales qualified who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, pitching compelling solutions, and closing deals, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Drive new client acquisition and revenue generation through outbound sales, networking, referrals, and industry relationships. Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets . Identify prospective clients across brands, advertising agencies, corporates, creators, and other relevant businesses. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and buyers. Understand client requirements and pitch creative production, branded content, digital content, and media solutions . Manage the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting and qualification to pitching, proposal, negotiation, closure, and handover. Grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business . Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records. Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop compelling proposals and deliver strong client experiences. Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships that can generate incremental revenue. Who We're Looking For 310 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Brand Partnerships, Media Sales, Advertising Sales, Corporate Sales, Client Servicing, or Account Management. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets . Strong prospecting, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Strong commercial orientation with an entrepreneurial and hunter mindset . Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue. Passion for media, storytelling, branded content, and creative solutions.
