HR Recruiter Mere Nanhe Kadam A Play School Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 13 Years Salary: 20,000/- to 30,000/- Office Time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ( Monday to Saturday) About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage recruitment and support HR operations for our growing school. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions.Source candidates through Indeed, WorkIndia, Apna, LinkedIn and other platforms.Screen CVs and conduct telephonic interviews.Coordinate interviews with Management and Centre Heads.Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database and MIS reports.Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining.Coordinate document verification, onboarding and joining formalities.Requirements MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.13 years of recruitment/HR experience.Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and recruitment portals.Strong follow-up, coordination and organizational skills.Why Join Us Be part of Mere Nanhe Kadam A Play School, a growing organization committed to creating happy, safe and enriching learning experiences for children.
