HR Recruiter Executive - Lateral Hiring Location: Mira Road, Mumbai Company : JobsPlan Dot Com, www.jobsplan.net Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end lateral hiring for non-IT roles across industries. The role involves sourcing, screening, and closing positions within defined timelines while ensuring quality talent delivery. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT / lateral roles. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels. Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements. Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients. Manage offer negotiation and closure. Maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
