Marketing & Social Media Manager (Startup) Los AngelesAbout Dint+ Dint+ is building the next generation super app that brings together social networking, messaging, AI, payments, bookings, local services, and creator tools into one platform. We're an early-stage startup with big ambitions, and we're looking for someone excited to build a brand from the ground up. We're looking for someone based in Los Angeles who enjoys creating content, building communities, working with creators, and helping shape the future of our marketing strategy. What You'll Do Initially, you'll focus on social media and community growth while working directly with the founder. Responsibilities include: Manage Dint+'s Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube Plan and publish engaging social media content Create short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) Coordinate photoshoots and content creation Help recruit creators and influencers Build relationships with local communities and partners Monitor social media trends and recommend new ideas Assist with launch events and community activations Help execute marketing campaigns Track engagement and growth metrics Collaborate with designers and developers As Dint+ grows, this role has the opportunity to expand into leading our broader marketing efforts.
