\*\*\* 11:30am 8:30pm IST or 12:30pm-9:30pm Flexible with APAC or EMEA shifts \*\*\* Role summary The HR Project Executive within Employee Data Operations drives end-to-end delivery of HR data initiatives (Identify process improvements, eliminate redundant processes, areas to simplify process, automate processes through technology, data quality, migrations, controls, and operational readiness). This role is highly execution-focused: fast, rigorous testing, tight coordination across stakeholders, and meeting deadlines without compromising accuracy, controls, or employee experience. Key responsibilities - Project delivery & governance: Own project plans, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), milestones, and status reporting; run standups/working sessions; drive decisions and closure. - Testing rapid and Smarter: Plan and execute UAT/SIT cycles at speedwrite test scenarios, coordinate testers, track defects, retest quickly, and drive timely sign-off. Relentless focus on outcomes. - Employee data operations execution: Partner with HR Ops/Shared Services, HR Tech, controls, and downstream consumers to ensure changes are operationally sound and data impacts are understood. - Data quality & remediation: Identify root causes of employee data defects, coordinate fixes, validate results, and implement preventive controls (checks, reconciliations, SOPs). - Process improvement: Map current vs. future processes, reduce manual steps, improve cycle time, and standardize workflows and documentation. - Stakeholder management: Translate requirements into clear deliverables; manage expectations; escalate early and appropriately when timelines are at risk. - Documentation: Maintain SOPs, test evidence, operational runbooks, training materials, and change communications as required. - Operational readiness & cutover: Coordinate cutover plans, hyper care support, and post-go-live stabilization; ensure handoff to BAU teams.
