Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain quality standards, procedures, and processes. Conduct inspections and quality checks of incoming materials, in-process operations, and finished products. Identify, document, and investigate quality issues, deviations, and non-conformities. Prepare and maintain QA records, reports, checklists, and documentation. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve quality issues. Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions. Assist in developing and updating SOPs and quality procedures. Monitor customer complaints and support investigation and resolution. Participate in training employees on quality procedures and standards. .
