Trainee Electrical Engineer - 2027 Batch Campus Recruitment (PWR - Electrical Mumbai) Description You'll be joining the ranks of our PWR team, supporting our Power Global practice since 2015. You'll report todepartment & functional managers, and your focus Providing essential services such as engineering and CAD support, pipe and structural steel shop fabrication drawings, document control, field quality and progress measurement, and cost and schedule reporting for EPC projects. And these projects aren't limited to a local scale; they are positioned globally, reflecting our worldwide impact. You'll be a part of our vibrant PWR Global Practice and contribute to power generation projects involving Civil, Electrical, I&C, Mechanical, and Structural disciplines, covering both conventional and renewable energy projects. Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the supervisor Shadowing senior members, asking questions, and assisting wherever possible Raising concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate Participating in meetings and attending workshops and other training initiatives Taking notes and sharing your findings with your supervisor Establishing professional relationships with the team and colleagues Maintaining a high degree of professionalism, dependability, and diligence Assisting in preparing/creating electrical deliverables like one-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, schematics, interconnection drawings, equipment layouts, cable schedules, panel schedules, power, grounding and lighting ayouts for constructing/installation of new or modifications of existing power generating facility electricalsystems Assisting in developing equipment specifications, and reviewing vendor drawings Assisting in creating electrical system modeling including grounding, load flow, short-circuit, and arc-flash analysis using software like ETAP and SKM Coordinating, meeting, and corresponding with clients and the BMcD-US team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Candidate must have secured a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade in the qualifying examination from a reputed university/institute in India Candidate Should be passing out as part of the 2027 batch only Basic software experience utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat PDF) Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong analytical problem-solving skills Excellent learning ability This job posting will remain open a minimum of 72 hours and on an ongoing basis until filled.
