Currently, we are on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager B2B Exhibitions. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to identify and sell exhibition booth space for some of our B2B exhibitions and attain the revenue target. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in booth sales, sponsorship sales, customer management, and achieving exhibition targets. You will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of events, ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Booth Sales: Drive booth sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Sponsorship Sales: Identify, negotiate, and secure sponsorships to enhance event offerings and revenue. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors and sponsors, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Target Achievement: Develop and implement action plans to achieve financial and operational targets for exhibitions. Event Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution. Market Research: Attend trade shows, Meet customers, Stay abreast of industry trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and event performance for senior management. Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly. Ensure compliance with all local regulations and cultural norms in the execution of events. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the B2B exhibitions industry in India. Sales Expertise: Proven track record in booth and sponsorship sales. Customer Focus: Strong customer management skills with a commitment to delivering high satisfaction. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus. .
