We are looking for a result-oriented Field Sales Executive / Business Development Executive who can generate new business through direct client acquisition, builder and vendor relationships, site visits, and local networking. Role OverviewThis is not a digital marketing role. We are looking for a hard-core field sales professional who enjoys meeting people, travelling across Bengaluru, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting leads into interior design projects. Your primary responsibility is to bring business to the company by developing strong networks with builders, apartment communities, architects, contractors, vendors, channel partners, and homeowners. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new sales opportunities through daily field visits across apartment projects, villa communities, and residential developments.Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, architects, contractors, property managers, and interior-related vendors.Identify apartment handovers and upcoming residential projects and connect with prospective homeowners.Conduct site visits, attend meetings, and represent The Unique Story professionally at project locations.Develop partnerships with apartment associations, RWAs, brokers, and channel partners to generate qualified leads.Coordinate with the design team to schedule client consultations and ensure smooth follow-up until project closure.Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue and lead generation targets.Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and local market opportunities. Who We Are Looking For25 years of field sales or business development experience in interiors, real estate, construction, architecture, building materials, home improvement, or related sectors.Proven ability to generate leads through on-ground networking and relationship building.Strong local network across builders, contractors, vendors, architects, brokers, or apartment communities in Bengaluru.Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working extensively on the field.Must own a two-wheeler or car and be willing to travel across Bengaluru daily.Kannada proficiency is preferred and will be a strong advantage.
