KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Handling entire accounting & Commercial activities.Handling Channel Partners Accounts & Vendor management.Should have knowledge of GST & TCS (Tax Collected at Source).Sales accounting includes preparation of invoice, money receipts, credit notes, debit notes, along with credit note workings as per the company policy/applicable schemes.Coordination with sales team for collecting the overdue outstanding.Periodical visits at Super Stockist/Distributors for clarification of any accounting issues on need basis.Exposure on accounting of collection on behalf of other locations and transfer of j.v. collection to various branches.Able to prepare and reconciliation of statement of account with Super Stockist/Distributors balance/consignment sales.Preparation of various reports, debtors reports & Aging Analysis.Inventory/Stock Audit.M.I.S including Preparation of Sales and Collection Reports.Knowledge of Claims/Incentive Settlements.Should have work experience in TALLY ERP, MS EXCEL & MS OUTLOOK (MUST).Should have Good Communication & Coordination Skills.Should be a Team Player.Job Type: Full-time Compensation: 25,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insuranceWork Location: In person .
