Job Description As a Territory Manager - Projects (Sales) for LEGRAND, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and develop sales opportunities for Legrand products in the Ranchi territory. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business. Responsibilities Manage and develop sales opportunities for Legrand products in the assigned territory (Ranchi). Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Identify and target new business opportunities to expand market share. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers and internal teams. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated on industry developments. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and performance. Provide feedback and insights to the product development team for continuous improvement. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred. 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical industry. Strong knowledge of Legrand products and the ability to demonstrate their features and benefits. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required. Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for business travel. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. .
