Senior L3 Network Engineer Routing & Switching | SD-WAN Location: Remote Employment Type: C2C Experience: 714 Years Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior L3 Network Engineer with strong knowledge of Routing, Switching, Enterprise Networking, and SD-WAN. The candidate will be responsible for L3 network support, troubleshooting, incident management, and maintaining network availability. Key Responsibilities Provide L3 support for enterprise network infrastructure and NOC operations. Troubleshoot complex routing, switching, WAN, and SD-WAN issues. Manage and support SD-WAN environments. Handle incident, problem, and change management as per SLAs. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major network incidents. Handle technical escalations and coordinate with internal teams and customers. Monitor network performance and ensure high availability. Mandatory Skills Strong experience in Routing & Switching BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS. Strong understanding of L3 networking concepts VLANs, STP. Hands-on experience with SD-WAN Cisco, Meraki, or Viptela. Enterprise Network Troubleshooting and NOC Operations. Experience with Firewalls, VPNs, and Network Security. Good to Have Zscaler ZIA/ZPA. AWS/Azure Networking. ITIL knowledge. Candidate Profile 714 years of relevant experience in network engineering/NOC operations. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Valuable communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to work on critical incidents and meet defined SLAs. .
