We are looking for an experienced SRE / Infrastructure DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Azure cloud services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD automation, cloud security, and platform monitoring. You will work closely with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure operational excellence and platform reliability. Key Responsibilities - Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. - Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep. - Develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. - Deploy, manage, and support Azure services including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), App Services, Function Apps, Storage Accounts, and Azure SQL. - Implement Azure security best practices, including RBAC, Managed Identities, Key Vault, Private Endpoints, and Azure Policy governance. - Monitor cloud infrastructure using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and Microsoft Sentinel. - Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and production issues to ensure high availability and reliability. - Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational tasks to improve efficiency. - Collaborate with development, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure and scalable cloud solutions. - Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks. - Ensure cloud environments comply with security, governance, and organizational standards. - Continuously improve platform performance, automation, and operational reliability. Required Skills - Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native services. - Experience with Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep for Infrastructure as Code. - Experience building and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. - Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or GoLang. - Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure PaaS services. - Good understanding of Azure networking, monitoring, and cloud governance. - Hands-on experience implementing Azure security features such as RBAC, Managed Identities, Key Vault, Private Endpoints, and Azure Policies. - Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance standards. - Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of IT Infrastructure or Cloud Engineering experience. - Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure. - Azure Certifications are preferred: AZ-104 Azure Administrator AZ-305 Azure Solutions Architect AZ-400 Azure DevOps Engineer AZ-500 Azure Security Engineer Preferred Candidate Profile - Experience working in Enterprise Cloud, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) environments. - Strong automation mindset with a focus on reliability and scalability. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills. - Self-driven, proactive, and capable of handling production-critical environments. - Passion for continuous learning and adopting modern cloud technologies. Additional Details - This role is based in Bengaluru. - Onsite work is mandatory. - Relocation is acceptable for candidates.
