Procurement Executive SAP Ariba (Delhi)

Job Title: Procurement Executive Location: Delhi Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience: - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management. - Experience in a project procurement workplace will be preferred. - Hands-on experience with SAP, ARIBA, or similar procurement systems. - Experience in ARIBA RFQ management and Reverse Auctions (e-Auctions). Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to support procurement operations for ongoing projects. The role involves managing sourcing activities, coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers, tracking purchase orders, and maintaining procurement reports. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with procurement processes, vendor management, and procurement tools such as SAP and ARIBA. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Procurement Support: - Support procurement activities for ongoing projects and operational requirements. - Coordinate with Project, Planning, Finance, and other internal teams to understand procurement needs and timelines. - Ensure timely sourcing, procurement execution, and material availability to support project schedules. - Assist in maintaining procurement compliance with organizational policies and procedures. 2. RFQ Management & Supplier Coordination: - Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) through ARIBA or other procurement platforms. - Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely submission of quotations. - Support supplier evaluation, commercial comparisons, and negotiation processes. - Maintain effective relationships with vendors and monitor supplier responsiveness. - Experience in ARIBA RFQ management and Reverse Auctions (e-Auctions) will be an added advantage. 3.
