BROACHCUTTER is Indias No. 1 company and brand for Magnetic Drilling Machines and Annular Cutters. We sell on All-India Basis with more than 150 authorised dealers network. Role Summary Design , Development , Prototyping firmware for BLDC motor controllers including speed control, protection logic, and system behavior for Angle Grinders , Chopsaws ( Power tools) etc Key Responsibilities: Design 3-phase inverter (M89OSFET-based) Select power components MOSFETs gate drivers current sensing Design protection circuits overcurrent overvoltage thermal Develop schematics and support PCB design Work with firmware team for control integration Support hardware debugging and validation Required Skills: Strong understanding of power electronics inverter design switching circuits Experience with 230VAC systems MOSFET/IGBT selection Knowledge of: EMI/EMC basics , thermal design Experience: 510 years in power electronics / motor drives Bonus: Experience in BLDC/PMSM drives Experience in industrial tools or EV systems . Development of application oriented embedded cards for various applications like soft start, overload protection, forward-reverse motor rotation for universal motors Experience in BLDC motor controllers will be added advantage Implement BLDC motor control Design speed and current control loops Implement protection logic (stall, overload, thermal) Interface with sensors (hall, current, temperature) Debug motor behavior in real machine conditions .
