Sales Partner Compliance Operations in Adobes Third Party Risk Management team protects Adobe by conducting risk-focused due diligence on sales partners during the sales lifecycle. The Sr. Analyst supports the governance and operational efficiency of the compliance program. They ensure that third-party sales entities follow company policies on ethical conduct, monitors compliance activities, performs due diligence reviews, manages compliance system workflows, and promotes ongoing process improvements. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with compliance expertise and operational excellence to help scale and grow Adobes Partner Compliance program. The role requires solid business insight to balance compliance requirements with sales objectives and the ability to provide practical and risk-based recommendations that support operational efficiency. Key responsibilities: Conduct risk-centered due diligence on new and existing partners to assess partner risk, ensure alignment of compliance procedures with internal risk frameworks and established SOPsDefine, deploy, and track sales partner issues and mitigation controls through remediationTrack and manage CRM and Compliance screening tool issues and coordinate resolution efforts with Engineering and Sales Operations teamsFind opportunities to improve data quality across CRM and finance systems, streamline reporting processes, and introduce automation where it adds new valueMaintain dashboards and executive-ready reports; and support periodic reporting of operational metricsRequired qualificationsMore than 5 years of experience in compliance, third-party risk management, audit, or a closely related areaExperience conducting due diligence, risk assessments, compliance reviews, or operational investigationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, PowerBI, or similar platformsOutstanding written and verbal communication, including the ability to convey data as clear narratives and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver consistent resultsAn attention to detail and dedication to accuracy, quality, and operational excellenceExperience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentExperience supporting complex system integrations and data migration effortsPreferred qualificationsExperience working with CRM systems and compliance screening softwareUnderstanding of channel sales and distribution partner programs, partner tiers, and incentive structures (e.g., Deal Registration, MDF)Familiarity with anti-corruption, sanctions, third-party risk management, and compliance frameworks About Adobe Adobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences.
