What You'll Do: Lead Qualification & Intake Understand patients' medical needs, concerns, budget, and goals to identify qualified opportunities.Research & Treatment Planning Match patients with the right hospitals and specialists based on treatment options, cost, and provider expertise.TC Coordination Manage appointments, documentation, and communication to line up doctor consultations smoothly.Patient Communication Build trust through clear, empathetic, professional communication at every step.Analytics & Optimisation Track conversion trends and flag ideas to improve the process.
