Role Description The Vietnamese Language Specialist International Sales & Spiritual Tour Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. The role involves communicating with Vietnamese-speaking clients and partners, managing inquiries, and providing detailed information on spiritual tour packages and international travel services. Day-to-day tasks include translating and interpreting written and verbal communication, supporting sales activities, preparing proposals and itineraries, and coordinating bookings and documentation. The specialist will assist in guiding clients through visa and travel processes, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with operations and marketing teams to enhance guest experiences. The role also requires proactive follow-up with leads, resolving client issues, and ensuring clear, culturally sensitive communication across all stages of the tour lifecycle.
