As a Technical Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of high-volume device intelligence data, from collection and ingestion through processing, querying, and customer-facing experiences. You will shape the roadmap across interconnected data and product surfaces, including JavaScript-based data collection, server APIs, analytics dashboards, and MCP experiences. The role combines strong product management with deep technical fluency in data pipelines, APIs, distributed systems, and analytics products. You will translate customer needs and business priorities into clear product requirements, thoughtful trade-offs, and scalable solutions. You will work closely with engineering, product design, marketing, customer success, and other stakeholders to drive products from discovery through launch and adoption. Your decisions will directly influence how customers collect, access, analyze, and operationalize high-volume behavioral and identity data. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-moving, remote-first technology environment focused on solving complex challenges in digital trust and fraud prevention. \n Accountabilities Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for device intelligence data, covering data collection, ingestion, storage, processing, querying, reporting, and customer-facing experiences. Drive the roadmap for data collection through JavaScript-based agents, including instrumentation contracts, schema evolution, and reliable delivery to server APIs. Partner with engineering teams to define priorities across ingestion, storage, and processing while balancing reliability, cost, scalability, and performance. Define and prioritize product capabilities across analytics dashboards, server APIs, and MCP query experiences, including query workflows, report templates, data freshness expectations, and export functionality. Lead the customer migration between major versions of server APIs, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruption. Maintain a clear, integrated roadmap across the JavaScript Agent, Server APIs, Dashboard, and MCP Server. Lead quarterly planning, write concise and actionable product requirements documents, manage dependencies, and communicate product trade-offs to stakeholders at all levels. Translate customer feedback, internal requirements, product usage data, and business objectives into prioritized product initiatives and measurable outcomes. Partner with product marketing on launches, including go-to-market timing, messaging, positioning, and post-launch enablement. Coordinate documentation updates, customer education, internal training materials, and best-practice content to support successful adoption of new capabilities. Work closely with engineering, product marketing, customer success, sales, and design teams to ensure product launches are well coordinated and customer needs remain central to execution. Define and monitor product metrics, using quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate performance and inform roadmap decisions. Consider API design as a data-product experience, including query capabilities, payload structures, filtering, pagination, rate limiting, authentication, and regional data residency. Anticipate long-term implications of product and API decisions for enterprise customers, downstream analytics workflows, and product adoption. Requirements 3+ years of professional product management experience, ideally managing an existing product through a growth, scaling, or transformation phase. Bachelors degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Strong understanding of big data pipelines and the product considerations surrounding large-scale data collection, storage, processing, and querying. Demonstrated experience managing data analytics products, with experience in identity, anti-fraud, device intelligence, or similar data-intensive platforms being highly desirable. Experience working with event-level data APIs and understanding how high-volume behavioral or identity data is queried and retrieved based on visitors, time ranges, metadata, and other parameters. Strong API-as-a-product mindset, with the ability to assess which query capabilities and payload fields are valuable to enterprise customers and downstream analytics systems. Familiarity with server-side API constraints at scale, including rate limiting, authentication, pagination, regional data residency, and other architectural considerations. Sufficient technical depth to engage credibly with engineers on APIs, architecture, data pipelines, system constraints, and technical trade-offs. Proven ability to manage competing priorities across individual .
