Business Development Manager (Field Sales) Experience: 310 Years Employment Type: Full-time Location: Tamil Nadu Work location will be allocated based on the candidate's city/location. Work Model: Field Sales About the Role InfinityHub is looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive field sales and business growth for our software solutions, including Billing Software, CRM Software, Payroll Software, and other business management applications. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to independently manage sales activities and achieve targets. Key Responsibilities - Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and other lead-generation activities. Meet prospective clients, understand their business requirements, and recommend suitable software solutions.Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features, benefits, and value to prospective customers.Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer requirements and competitor activities.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.Represent InfinityHub professionally during client meetings, visits, and business events. Requirements - 510 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Software Sales, or a related sales role. Experience selling software products such as Billing, CRM, Payroll, HRMS, Accounting, SaaS, or ERP solutions is preferred.Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets.Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and field sales activities.A good understanding of business software solutions is an added advantage.Positive attitude, learning mindset, and customer-focused approach.Candidates should be comfortable working in a field-sales environment. Location Vacancies are available across Tamil Nadu. The work location will be allocated based on the candidate's city/location and business requirements.
