The Role - Non-Functional & OAT Tester with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) domain. - The role involves ensuring that critical banking applications meet all security, scalability, and operational readiness requirements before production go-live. - The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, and optimize performance, resilience, failover, backup & recovery, security and DR tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with operational standards and SLAs. - The candidate will have strong technical knowledge and experience in system operations, infrastructure testing, and service management processes. Skills/Key Responsibilities - 8+ years of experience in Non-Functional Testing (NFT) and OAT within BFSI applications. - Solid understanding of network, middleware, database tuning, and monitoring tools - Experience in Planning, designing, and executing the Operational Acceptance Test (OAT) cases to validate production readiness. - Experience with failover, high-availability, DR drills in On-Perm environment, operational monitoring and backup/restore procedures validation - Hands on experience in RTGS Systems ( SWIFT , PayPlus, GMPlus and NetReveal applications) Key Responsibilities - Test non-functional requirements such as performance, security, scalability, reliability, and availability. - Ensure monitoring, logging, and alerting systems are in place and functiona .
