Construction Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction activities across real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, project planning, contractor coordination, quality control, safety and timely completion of construction activities. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites. Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules. Plan and monitor project execution to ensure timely completion of milestones. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal project teams. Manage contractors and site teams to ensure efficient utilization of manpower and resources. Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with required standards. Track project progress, identify delays and implement corrective actions. Review drawings, BOQs and technical requirements in coordination with relevant teams. Ensure proper coordination between civil, MEP and other project activities. Monitor material requirements, site resources and construction productivity. Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and statutory requirements. Prepare regular progress reports and provide updates to senior management. Resolve site-related technical and execution issues in coordination with consultants and project teams. Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines, quality standards and budgets. Candidate Profile: 710 years of experience in construction/project execution. Strong experience in real estate/residential construction will be preferred. Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related qualification. Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution and project coordination. Experience in handling contractors, consultants and site teams. Good knowledge of quality and safety standards. Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple construction activities and meet project deadlines.
