We are looking for an experienced and strategic sales leader to drive the overall sales function for our real estate business. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, leading sales teams, driving revenue growth and achieving business targets across assigned projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and booking targets. Lead, mentor and manage the sales team to deliver consistent business performance. Drive sales planning, forecasting and pipeline management. Monitor project-wise sales performance, conversion ratios and revenue achievement. Develop and maintain relationships with high-value customers, channel partners and key stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and develop effective market strategies. Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, site visits and closures. Collaborate with marketing, presales, CRM and project teams to improve sales performance. Review market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences. Establish performance targets and KPIs for the sales team. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and business reviews to senior management. Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives. Candidate Profile: 912 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate industry . Strong experience in residential/commercial real estate sales. Proven track record of achieving large sales and revenue targets. Strong team leadership and people management experience. Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and sales processes. Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Candidates currently handling senior sales responsibilities such as DGM / GM / Senior Sales Head / Sales Head will be preferred.
