Job Profile- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer closure. Conduct industry, company, and talent research to identify relevant candidates for client requirements. Understand job requirements, role expectations, and candidate profiles in coordination with Managers. Source candidates through job portals, and other online platforms. Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, feedback, offer follow-ups, and joining coordination. Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
