The candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing data quality frameworks, monitoring data pipelines, identifying data issues, and ensuring trusted and reliable enterprise data. Key Responsibilities Implement and manage Collibra Data Quality and Data Observability solutions.Develop and maintain data quality rules, validations, thresholds, and monitoring processes.Configure and manage Collibra Data Intelligence / Data Governance capabilities.Monitor data pipelines and identify data anomalies, quality issues, and inconsistencies.Define and track data quality KPIs, metrics, and dashboards.Perform root-cause analysis of data quality issues and coordinate remediation.Integrate Collibra with enterprise data platforms, databases, ETL tools, and cloud environments.Work with Data Engineers, Data Stewards, Business Analysts, and Governance teams to establish data quality standards.Support metadata management, data lineage, business glossary, and data catalog initiatives.Automate data quality checks and monitoring wherever possible.Document data quality processes, controls, standards, and remediation procedures. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Management, or Data Observability.Strong hands-on experience with Collibra, particularly Data Quality and/or Data Governance capabilities.Experience creating and managing data quality rules, metrics, profiling, and validations.Knowledge of data observability concepts, anomaly detection, data freshness, completeness, accuracy, and consistency.Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration.Understanding of metadata management, data lineage, data catalog, and business glossary.Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills .
