SAP ABAP Cloud developer Compensation: 80,000.00 - 100,000.00 per month Roles And Responsibilities Solution Design & Development Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using ABAP Cloud in SAP S/4HANA and BTP environments. Implement RAP-based services, CDS views, and OData APIs for integration and UI consumption. Ensure compliance with clean core principles and SAPs cloud extensibility guidelines. Integration & Optimization Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Integrate SAP systems with external applications using OData, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures. Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability. Quality & Compliance Apply secure coding practices and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. Conduct unit testing, peer reviews, and participate in quality assurance processes. Maintain technical documentation for all developments. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum settings. Stay updated on SAPs latest ABAP Cloud innovations, tools, and best practices. Provide technical mentorship to junior developers. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with at least 1 year in ABAP Cloud / RAP. Solid knowledge of CDS views, OData services, and BTP development tools. Experience with S/4HANA Cloud extensibility and clean core principles. Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Preferred SAP Certification in ABAP for SAP HANA or ABAP Cloud. Experience with Adobe Forms, Fiori Elements and UI5 integration. Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and in collaborative, quick-paced teams. .
