Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer/Executive (for production unit) Experience : 6 months - 3 year only for fresher and entry level candidate salary :15k- 25k pm (apply only if this is acceptable) location :Ahmedabad Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused QA Engineer/Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing quality assurance plans, conducting inspections and testing, and collaborating with various teams to ensure product quality and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of quality principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to identify areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities: Establish inspection criteria, testing methods, and quality assurance plans for various stages of product development and manufacturing.Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify conformance to specifications.Ensure all quality parameters are followed throughout the operation.Test raw and packaging materials, and final products to ensure quality standards are met.Conduct calibration of instruments and equipment.Prepare and maintain various QA reports.Participate in new product development and testing at R&D stage.Troubleshoot customer issues (e.g., fitting, inspection) and provide solutions.Collaborate with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and product quality. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.Proven experience in a QA role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Knowledge of quality assurance principles, inspection, and testing methods.Familiarity with instruments, machines, and PLC operation.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of quality management systems .Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools.Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
