Senior Data Analyst- SQL & Reporting Specialist | Delhi (Hybrid)

Job Title: Senior Data Analyst (SQL, Power BI, Tableau and Excel) Location: Delhi NCR (Hybrid) Experience: 3- 8 Years Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, data analysis, and reporting to improve reporting accuracy, data reliability, and business insights across the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and Excel, along with the ability to investigate data issues, build dashboards, and work closely with cross-functional teams. Roles & Responsibilities Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for reporting and analysis Build and manage dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation across systems Identify and debug data inconsistencies and reporting issues Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting requirements Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams Translate business requirements into data queries and reports Improve reporting processes and reduce manual effort Maintain proper documentation for reports and data logic Key Skills Required Strong SQL skills (joins, aggregations, window functions, optimization) Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Formulas) Strong data analysis and problem-solving ability Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and debugging Ability to work with large datasets Good to Have Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis or automation Experience with ETL processes, APIs, or data pipelines Experience in domains like Finance, Healthcare, Banking, Payroll, or ecommerce Key Competencies Strong analytical and logical thinking Good communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to handle data issues independently Ownership of data quality and reporting accuracy Qualifications B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / M.Tech / MBA Analytics or equivalent 3 to 8 years of experience. .
