Position Summary Kaseya is hiring Sr. Engineer, NOC Services with robust experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, server monitoring, patch management, Hyper-V/VMware, backup, and disaster recovery. The role focuses on infrastructure monitoring, alert triage, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and maintaining high availability across enterprise IT settings. Key Responsibilities Perform server monitoring and troubleshooting for all Active Directory components and roles, including: DNS, DHCP, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), DFS Replication (DFSR), Active Directory Replication, Group Policy Objects (GPOs) Triage and resolve server performance monitoring alerts, including CPU, memory, disk, and service-level issues. Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
