Role Description The Business Development Manager Corporate Events is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in corporate events, meetings, incentives, and experiential programs, while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing corporate clients. The individual will conduct market research, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, prepare and deliver proposals and presentations, and negotiate contracts that align with client requirements and company objectives. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with internal operations and event teams to design tailored event solutions, ensuring high service standards, and tracking performance metrics and client feedback for continuous improvement. The role also involves attending industry events and networking forums to strengthen TripKartzs presence in the corporate events segment. Qualifications Business development and sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and contract negotiation.Corporate events and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) experience, with the ability to design and manage event solutions for corporate clients.Strong client relationship management skills, with a consultative approach to understanding business needs and delivering tailored solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare proposals and conduct effective meetings with stakeholders.Analytical and organizational skills to interpret market trends, track performance, and manage multiple projects and timelines.Knowledge of business travel, transportation, and accommodation services, preferably within corporate travel or events management.Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel as required for client meetings and events.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are an advantage.Prior experience in a similar role in corporate events, travel management, or hospitality is strongly preferred. .
