Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth and revenue across our Travel, Tourism, Event Management, and Car Rental services. The candidate will be responsible for business development, lead generation, client acquisition, sales conversion, relationship management, revenue generation, market development, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong customer-focused approach, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline across travel, tourism, corporate travel, leisure travel, events, and car rental services. Identify and approach potential corporate and individual clients through networking, referrals, market research, online channels, business visits, and other sales activities. Conduct client meetings, presentations, sales calls, and business visits to understand requirements and generate new business. Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation and enquiry handling to quotation, negotiation, booking confirmation, and post-sales follow-up. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable destinations, travel itineraries, accommodation, transportation, event solutions, and packages according to their needs and budget. Prepare and share professional quotations, proposals, itineraries, and commercial offers with clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals. Coordinate effectively with internal teams, hotels, airlines, transport providers, tour operators, vendors, event partners, and other service providers for smooth execution of client requirements. Handle customer queries, negotiations, feedback, complaints, refunds, and service-related concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets through effective sales planning and business development activities. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, client base, market presence, and overall business growth. Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, client interactions, bookings, conversions, and revenue using CRM, Excel, or other sales tracking systems. Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on pending enquiries and prospective clients. Prepare regular sales reports, performance updates, revenue forecasts, and other management reports as required. Identify new markets, customer segments, corporate accounts, and partnership opportunities to expand the company's business. Develop and maintain professional relationships with travel agents, tour operators, hotels, transport providers, corporate clients, and event partners. Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, tourism products, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Participate in travel exhibitions, networking events, seminars, and other industry activities whenever required. Guide and support junior sales team members, share sales best practices, and assist in improving overall team performance. Coordinate with management and operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery and achievement of business objectives. Take ownership of assigned targets, client accounts, sales activities, and business development initiatives. Required Skills & Competencies Strong sales and business development skills.
