Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients for Domestic and International BPO services, including Customer Support, Technical Support, Lead Generation, Collections, Chat Support, Email Support, Back Office Operations, and other outsourcing solutions. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities in Domestic and International markets. Identify potential clients across industries such as E-commerce, BFSI, Telecom, Healthcare, Travel, Logistics, and Retail. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations. Prepare commercial proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and contracts. Negotiate pricing, service levels, and commercial terms. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Collaborate with Operations, HR, Quality, IT, and Transition teams for successful client implementation. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. MBA preferred. 510 years of experience in BPO/KPO/ITES business development. Strong B2B sales, negotiation, presentation, CRM, and relationship management skills.
