Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Tour Executive with prior experience in handling international travel destinations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both Sales and Operations, with the ability to convert leads, create travel solutions, coordinate bookings, and ensure smooth customer experience from enquiry to completion. Key Responsibilities: Handle sales inquiries for international tour packages and convert leads into bookings.Provide destination knowledge and travel consultation for international locations.Prepare customized itineraries as per client requirements.Coordinate end-to-end tour operations, including bookings, confirmations, documentation, and follow-ups.Liaise with hotels, DMCs, airlines, and travel partners for smooth execution.Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.Manage customer communication before, during, and post travel.Maintain records of bookings, quotations, and operational updates.Requirements: Experience in international tour sales is mandatory.Knowledge of international destinations and travel planning.Exposure to both sales and travel operations.Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple bookings.Travel industry experience preferred.Job Details: Location: New Town, KolkataWork Mode: Work from OfficeWorking Days: Monday SaturdayTiming: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM2nd & 4th Saturday: Half DaySalary: Negotiable | As per market standards + based on experienceIf you have experience in international travel sales and operations and are passionate about creating exceptional travel experiences, we would love to connect with you.
