Key Responsibilities After-sales Technical Support Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for PV inverters (string and central). Training & Technical Documentation Conduct technical training for customers, installers, and local service partners. Prepare and update service manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs. Health, Safety & Compliance Ensure all field service operations comply with company and local safety regulations. Promote and implement electrical safety practices in installation and maintenance work. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or Renewable Energy. Experience: 5-year post-sales of experience with commissioning, maintenance, or technical service of solar inverter in both North and South Regions. Experience with major inverter brands (e.g., Huawei, Sungrow, Growatt, SMA, etc.) preferred. Skills & Competencies: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for power electronics systems. Familiar with communication protocols (Modbus, RS485, Ethernet) and PV monitoring platforms. Good command of English (written & spoken); Hindi or other Indian languages are a plus. High sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and ability to travel frequently. .
