Job Title: Quality Engineer Performance & Resilience Management Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid Work Model) Shift Timings: Rotational / General Shift Open Positions: 2 Experience Required: 7+ years in Performance Testing Notice Period: Immediate joiners or up to 15 days notice Mandatory Skills: Performance Center Apache JMeter SAP GUI and TrueClient protocols Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Test Engineer specializing in Performance & Resilience Management. The role demands strong technical knowledge in performance engineering to evaluate and enhance system performance, stability, scalability, and resilience. The ideal candidate will work closely with test architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure applications meet stringent non-functional requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies across applications, infrastructure, and networks. Utilize tools like JMeter, Performance Center, and protocol-specific testing (SAP GUI, TrueClient) to simulate real-world usage and measure system behavior. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and system inefficiencies. Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines. Define and document test plans, cases, results, and improvement recommendations. Analyze test results and provide insights on capacity planning, infrastructure tuning, and system optimization. Work alongside the Test Architect to evolve performance testing frameworks and ensure alignment with best practices. Use monitoring tools and profiling techniques to diagnose issues in complex, distributed systems. Maintain a strong focus on resilience, uptime, and reliability metrics. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 7 years of experience in performance and load testing. Proficient with performance testing tools such as Performance Center, JMeter, and optionally Gatling. Expertise in network, infrastructure, and capacity planning principles. Solid understanding of performance profiling, test result analysis, and tuning techniques. Hands-on experience with scripting for test automation and data handling. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Experience working in client-facing roles or service delivery environments .
