Talent Acquisition Specialist - BPO Hiring

Role & Responsibilities: Develop recruitment plans based on monthly and projected manpower requirements Develop appropriate sourcing and recruitment strategies including digital platforms Screening, evaluating and coordinating interviews with relevant stakeholders Organize walk-in interviews, recruitment drives and other hiring campaigns Ensure adequate pipeline coverage for anticipated attrition and business growth Responsible for Recruitment Analytics and MIS Preferred candidate profile : Minimum 7 to 8 years in core BPO recruitment Excellent spoken English and written communication Must have leadership hiring experience .
