This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Specialist, Talent Sourcing, OTS based in India. Join a collaborative talent acquisition environment focused on identifying and engaging candidates for short-term and temporary staffing needs. In this role, you will support sourcing, candidate screening, interviews, and placement activities aligned with client requirements. You will explore multiple sourcing channels to reach both active and passive candidates, including talent with limited online visibility. The position combines candidate relationship management with recruitment analytics and performance tracking. You will help assess sourcing effectiveness and adapt strategies to improve candidate attraction and engagement. This opportunity is well suited to someone building expertise in talent sourcing while developing strong recruitment, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. You will work within established processes while gaining exposure to a broad and evolving talent ecosystem.
