Job Title: Night Shift Telesales Caller ELD Sales (US Process) Shift: Night Shift (US Timings: 9:00 PM 6:00 AM IST) Department: Sales ELD Process About the Company: We are a leading technology-driven sales and customer service company specializing in global outbound processes. We are currently expanding our ELD (Electronic Logging Device) sales division for the US transportation and trucking industry and are looking for highly motivated telesales professionals to join our growing team. Job Summary: The Night Shift Telesales Caller (ELD Sales) will be responsible for reaching out to trucking companies and independent drivers across the United States, promoting and selling ELD devices and related services. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to meet daily and monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients (truck owners, fleet managers, logistics companies) in the US. Present, promote, and sell ELD devices and compliance solutions effectively over the phone. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ELD packages. Manage objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales confidently. Maintain accurate call and sales records in the CRM system. Follow up with interested leads and provide after-sales assistance if required. Achieve individual and team sales targets on a daily and monthly basis. Stay updated on FMCSA regulations and ELD compliance guidelines. Ensure professional communication and maintain company reputation in all interactions. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 6 months2 years in Telesales / International BPO / US process preferred (ELD sales experience will be a strong advantage). Education: Minimum HSC Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills (neutral or US accent preferred). Work Requirements: Comfortable working in US night shifts. Robust sales and persuasion abilities. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and disciplined. Ability to handle rejections and maintain positive energy.
